The lower case letters are not anything alike. Compare the samples at myfonts.com: http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/linotype/bickham-script/ http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/bitstream/english-111/presto/ And, obviously, Presto is a commercial font from Bitstream which shouldn't really be available for "free" downloads anywhere.
