About

Norican is a free script font, based on a number of old typefaces, in particular ‘Glenmoy’ issued in 1932 by the Stephenson Blake foundry. Norican is not an attempt to revive the old Glenmoy design, instead the original font’s forms have been used as a starting point to create a new face. Specifically, Norican has a 12 degree cursive slant compared to Glenmoy and many of the capitals have been reshaped or redesigned.
