Pastiche NF Font

Made by Nick Curtis

The name means “medley” in French and, indeed, that’s what this font is. There are at least thirty different styles lurking here and, one of these days, I may get around to creating full fonts from some of these characters. In the meantime, this particular effort offers some extreme examples on Deco letter architecture, suitable for initial cap use.

First nick letters, etc. from other typefaces; 35, oops sorry 36 if you want an 0. T,Z & 5 in particular are atrotious (a 3D '5'only matched (?) by 'U')!

I really do have to agree with r.thorndycroft. Some letters are definitely better than others. The Z is difficult to decipher and the J is lackluster. There is no unique zero character. Otherwise, most of the characters are very creative and unique!

This font reminds me of RansomNote, only much more sophisticated, no doubt due to its deco flair.

Yeah, the Z is hard to read, but I'd probably only use this font for a couple of caps within a poster/flyer, and how often does a capital Z come up?
