Running Start Basic Font

Baaam! Here comes Running Start, a bold, monoline display font with 30° slanted cuts, contextual forms, and an absurd amount of multilingual support (in full version).

The design is inspired by the capital subset of “Dynamo” (Karl Sommer, 1930) and “New Zelek” (Stanisław Zelek, 1974), a.k.a. “Slant” or the old Microsoft logo font.

Note: The OpenType features in this font, including kerning and contextual alternatives for K, R, and T, may not be compatible with your software. The alternative glyphs for K, R, and T can be found in the Private Use Area.
