Mariela “Muki” Monsalve, known under the collective name Soytutype, is a type designer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, working alongside two fellow designers under the Soytutype foundry. Her studio focuses on typographic research and revival, combining historical influences with contemporary digital craftsmanship. She is the author of the open-source script typeface Oleo Script, available on Google Fonts. In addition to her design work, Muki teaches typography and design at the University of Buenos Aires (FADU) and the National University of Arts (UNA).
